The company was founded in the USA in 1979 to foster and empower local craftsmen in India. In 1989, we opened our first retail merchandising outlet Joy of India in the Underground Atlanta. Through the natural progression of growth our first retail mall named the BaZaar opened in 1995 prior to the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. In 2002, we expanded into Joyofindia. Biz to take advantage of the E-commerce revolution via the internet.
